Review of documents and materials, formulation of opinions, documenting materials and documents reviewed, and preparation for testimony at deposition, mediation, trial or arbitration: $150.00 per hour

Testimony at depositions, mediation, trial or arbitration: $250.00 per hour                                        

Travel to Meetings and Appearances (first hour no charge): $75.00 per hour

Travel Expenses: mileage ($.55 per mile), and parking; actual, out-of-pocket
